    No, Enchanted Vines is an online small business based out of Pelham, NH.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Our wreaths are unique, custom creations. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns. If there are any quality issues, we will collaborate on a resolution so you are satisfied.

  • What are your shipping rates?

    All of our wreaths are packed carefully and shipped via UPS. The flat rate for our shipping is $16.99 per custom piece.

  • Can wreaths be shipped safely?

    Yes. We take great pride in all the measures taken to ensure your order arrives intact and ready to be displayed.

  • Can wreaths be used outdoors?

    Yes. All wreaths are secured with a high temp glue and have a UV Protection applied to prevent sun damage.

  • How do I care for floral arrangements?

    Floral arrangements require little maintenance. Occasional dusting may be needed, possibly using a damp towel with a little soap.

  • How long does it take to ship an order? 

    Processing time will be included in the product description. Most items are ready to ship and some may have a 3-5 business day processing time.

  • Do you offer private workshops?

    Yes, private workshops are available within the Southern NH, Northern MA area. We require a minimum of 12 attendees and ample workspace is necessary. The general rule of thumb is 5 participants can work comfortably at a 6 ft table.
